Atty. Alfeo T. Siccuan obtained his law degree from Far Eastern University in 1985, becoming a full-fledged lawyer in 1986.

After passing the bar, he worked as an Associate Lawyer at Lacuna-Bello and Associates until 1993, when he started working as Assistant City Prosecutor of Manila. He stayed in government service until 1996, after which he established Albano-Siccuan and Associates Law Office with former Regional Trial Court Judge and Dean, Ed Vincent Albano.

After dissolving the partnership with Dean Albano, he moved to Dasmariñas, Cavite and together with Atty. Romeo Francisco, formed the Francisco-Siccuan Law Office.

Thereafter, he established a solo practice, the A.T. Siccuan Law Office. The practice was then turned into Siccuan Law Office, which he now co-manages with his son.

Currently, Atty. Alfeo Siccuan is primarily engaged in all areas of litigation in civil, criminal, labor and administrative cases.


Atty. Don Mikhail A. Siccuan obtained his bachelor’s degree from De La Salle University-Dasmariñas in 2009. He then worked at Francisco-Siccuan Law Office as a paralegal engaged in legal research and drafting pleadings. Subsequently, he went on to study law in San Beda College Alabang School of Law, where he acquired his law degree.

After his admission to the Philippine Bar, he became an Associate Lawyer at a private firm where he handled various cases in the areas of civil law, family law, criminal law, labor law and employment, and corporate and commercial law.

Thereafter, he joined Atty. Alfeo Siccuan and established the Siccuan Law Office which he currently manages with his father.
